The Loud House Nickelodeon
Previously, on the Loud House : Lynn likes to win and something else happened too you can read that here. Now to the 20th episode of season 2.
Episode 20a: Yes-Man
This episode starts with Luna asking Leni and Lori if they have any cash she wants an old smelly Mick Swagger shirt. They don't but they say she should ask their parents; to which she replies, they'll bring up the whole big family, small budget thing. (And who's fault is that? They are probably still paying for that new van they returned) Lynn and his friends are going to Smooch concert, we are doing this again, but different. Anyway, man with a plan apparently, didn't buy his ticket yet because, we need a plot device here. Luna over hears that Lincoln is the master of convincing their parents and asks for his help.
So with his idea of using her talents to convince the parents for money. The other sisters now want his help and gives them his tip. Now, a montage of the characters asking for money and getting money. (They gave us 80 dollars) Now, when it gets to Lincoln's turn, how do you think this goes? (While you already know how this goes) the parents say no Lincoln. (Because they hate him! I knew it! I knew it!) After another montage, this one being Lincoln trying to convince his parents again and again, the reason they won't is because they gave away all their money, already.
That montage took too long, though. The sisters see why he didn't the money and later on, they siblings give him a concert of their own to thank him. They even got Smooth to show up. Also giant spider.
This episode is a great one because it shows Lincoln's strengths a character and the family does care for each other. Everything about the episode's set up flows well, even if the second montage with Lincoln trying to convince his parents drags too long to fill the eleven minute space. It's a nice episode, the song is kickin' and everything about it has a nice touch. I give it 10/10.

Episode 20b: Friend or Faux
Depends on how much you like Lisa, I guess. I like Lisa, she's one of my top favorites for this series. For this episode, we still don't question why Lisa is in kindergarten. There's report cards time, and Lisa says this is her first report card, because I'm not going into this question again, nope, trying to trick me it won't work. Also Lisa got an "A" in P.E so, she's also fit. (Thanks show for that tidbit.) Let's get to the main point: Lisa finds out that she gets an F (so this is like when Bart got an F, not really, but I'm mentioning the Simpsons) in social skills. Did you know this episode has a background reference to Spongebob because that is mentioned alot of by people, and yeah back to the episode.
Lisa gets an F in social skills because she hasn't a made a friend. (How dare this teacher, think everyone has be friends and has to make friends, what is she, a communist? ) A girl hits herself in the eye with a block ,because COMEDY? The teacher says that if Lisa makes a friend, she'll raise the grade.
Lisa is like Jack Skellington (what?) she doesn't just go out and try to make a friend she has to research it. ( Too bad she's not in the same world as Senku in "Doctor Stone" then they would get along well, or argue, because Lisa seems like someone who would argue alot, and I don't know where I'm going with this, back to you...) Clyde shows up conveniently to do something with Lincoln. (you remember Lincoln right?) She decides to stalk Lincoln and Clyde to see how friends act. (uhhh nooo) I do like the touches they give to show Lisa's youth, like her tape recorder (wait she's old!) has a goofy smiley face on it. (it was once alive) She also sees how Lynn and Margo play. Apparently, Leni and Lori are also friends. (Sfriends)
Now let's play, why does Lisa just leave chemicals open and unsecured in her cubby? What is this madness? That's dangerous! Oh yeah, she puts research into action, but she must find a human to friend. (Can anybody find her somebody to friend? Each morning she gets up dies a little, so can somebody please find her somebody somebody to be a friend?) Let's see there's a kid that eats paste (Comedy?) kid that bites (uhh comedy?) and a girl named Darcy, she picks Darcy.
Darcy seems to be an average 4-year-old that you just don't understand. They kind of work off each other as Lisa and her have a contrast, but not dumb and smart just average vs overly cartoonish smart. (this is a cartoon that means this is not real and lying to me) Lisa, of course, is doing this get her grade up, while Darcy really has seen Lisa as a friend. (Darcy feels Lisa makes her live, because she's her best friend)
Lisa gets her grade up and feels the project is done and tries to go back to normal. (But Darcy is like why can't we be friends, why can't we be friends) Lisa tries to ditch the girl but, doesn't try to do it in a mean way which is nice. ( you wrote that like that?) Again, I like that Darcy is also a sweet character. After some time filling stuff, but wait why is the show using serial killer music for Darcy's appearances? Lisa decides to tell Darcy that she's not really friends , I think she fires Darcy. (She tells Darcy she they should go their separate ways. Great now there's going to being troubled times , with confusion and pain, pain pain! They made promises but they seem to be now be in vain, vain, vain!)
Darcy cries because Lisa hurt her feelings. The teacher gives Lisa time out. Darcy comes back and gives Lisa a cookie because looks sad and still thinks Lisa is her friend. (We also don't question how she keeps that giant tape recorder in her pocket) It ends on a happy note where Lisa understands what friendship is. (Now She's got a friend )
This is a good episode showing the enduring things about Lisa's character and gives a little more to her. The writing keeps the line right there again, with Lisa not intending any meanness in her actions and understanding that she did hurt Darcy's feelings. They made sureit worked and it did. I think this is a fine episode and I give it 10/10
That's it for now, tune in next time when we convince Lynn and Rita to give us 940 dollars.
