Episode 6a: Stress Test
We've not really seen anything with Bobby related to schooling before, so this is change of pace. Carlota and Bobby have a B.A.T test (are S.A.T's copyrighted?) to have a good score for college. Carlota did well ,but Bobby did not. He wants to do well to go to business school. Rosa, the grandmother, is also highlight in this episode with her and her shoe trying to keep some order. The family members decide to help with better test taking. His uncle Carlos helps him by doing some exercise. Changing Bobby's diet, freezing the guy and having him lay upside down. Also, Carlos needs to let go of the studies.
How does Bobby do? Well. we still have about 6 minutes left in the episode, so what do you think? Yes, he failed again because he didn't even finish the test. Rosa decides to help him. She does things her way by trying to stop evil spirits. Does this plan work? Well. we have less than 4 minutes left to go, so what do you think? Maybe, the third time was the charm. Carlota tries to help him by dressing him in different clothes and hair because sure alright.
How does Bobby do? Well we have 2 minutes left and oh he failed again. Well wasn't expecting that. Ronnie Anne gets an idea to help him when she figures out that he focuses better at the mercado so, the idea by giving him a fake mercado to have him do his test from. (hey he said Boobie, this is a family show; I'm calling the government.)
Good to see something in Bobby's life we've not seen before and relatable episode to those who have a hard time with a test; even after studying hard where nervousness sets in and your mind wipes out. It was good to see the different family members try and help with their different personalities fitting into the measure. There are some good measures of humor and laughs that make the episode work well especially Rosa and her shoe of justice. This was good episode 8/10.

Episode 6b : How to Train Your Carl
Ronnie Anne, Carl, CJ, Sid, and Adelaide get to spend the night at the zoo where Sid and Adelaide's mom works. Carl really wants to see the komodo dragon named Keyon but apparently he can't see him because they aren't up at night. Also we get a Monkees reference meaning, I'm giving this episode an automatic 1 pt just for that. Carl decides to slip away to see Keyon, because he's that stubborn. Also a monkey sees Carl with his not Slim Jims and escapes his enclosure to get them..
Carl also gets dirty because he took chances and the monkey continues to follow him. The others don't notice that Carl is not really there because they aren't that bright apparently. (slight joke) The rest of Carl's antics continue while he gets sprayed by skunks. Oh, look the others figure out Carl isn't on the tram anymore. Also. animals in this universe have more sentience than they should. Mrs. Chang goes out to find Carl and apparently is part George of Jungle. (Tarzan works here too)
The episode has her looking for him while, Carl finally finds the dragon. Monkey and Carl work together to dodge the"zoo cops" which is Mrs. Chang. Carl tries to wake up Keyon and when he flips his shirt thing around and his beef stick flies into the enclosure. meaning that Monkey jumps inside. (His stomach is bigger than his brain) Carl worries about Monkey calls for help. Mrs. Chang comes in all epic. This episode makes me wonder do komodo dragons eat monkies? (Goes and checks Bing.com and oh..... well good work episode being all factual like that, definitely gets a point for that) We don't learn about the circle of life tonight because Mrs. Chang saves the day. I'm not going to search if komodo dragons eat bones because I'm not going to ruin it. Also, elephant has jokes. Carl gets to be at the zoo for a couple days to help out and learn about why zoo's have rules. Serigo gets denied!
I love this episode, it has a great pace to it. Good laughs and moments. Mrs. Chang, the monkey and Carl are stand out characters and it all works so well. I think is another top favorite of mine personally for this series. There's a lot of charm to this episode and it gets a 9/10.
