Episode 5a: Arr in the Family
This episode goes with Ronnie Anne and her cousin, C.J. C.J wants to go a pirate dinner show but his parents a weary because he wants to get picked for the stage but he never does and it makes him sad for weeks. Ronnie Anne convinces them that the family should go anyway. This episode also has reward if you watch Carlos through the episode you'll notice through a series of mishaps he ends up looking like a pirate, it's quite fun. I think it's a nice reward so here I'm give the episode already 2 points just for that.
Ronnie Anne's goal is to help C.J get picked to raise the pirate flag. There's a boy I'm going to call him Guy because he can't remember his name, because there's ain't anyone to give him no pain. Guy says he wants to raise the flag because he always does it. Note 373: There's a girl wearing a birthday hat in the row in front of Guy. She's important to the episode. It's fun going back to this episode and noticing how how tight they were with all this ... so I give the episode another point just for that.
Ronnie Anne's attempts to help CJ are sweet and really shows her love and care for her cousin. Birthday girl get's her hat stolen by Guy, yet for some reason she doesn't kill him for that action. Ronnie Anne gets angry and complains to captain Then the episode turns into a pirate adventure. The whole family (Also Sergio, the bird, eats some chicken) goes up on the "ship". After the captain, gets knocked out, CJ gets to take charge since, he knows the whole show by heart. Guy gets knocked off the plank but CJ does get him back out. Showing us that CJ is the better guy. (why did we write it like that) CJ gets to raise the flag after all.
Later on Guy talks to CJ and apologizes to him and it seems to give us good note. Birthday girl comes back and knocks out Guy for her revenge.
I think this one is my favorite for the episodes so far, just for how much fun it is. It's great to see Ronnie Anne and C.J relationship and she really goes up to bat for him and it's sweet. I like that the antagonist of the episode realizes he was wrong and ask for forgiveness. This episode is also a rewarding re watch by the little things you can notice. I give this one 10/10.
More after the jump.
Episode 5b: Finders Weepers
Ronnie Anne and Sid find money. Also there's a secondary plot line with Carl and Bobby where Bobby wants to help lost and found stuff get found. Ronnie Anne and Sid go around to look for the the keeper of the change purse with the 100 dollars in it. Bobby and Carl make a bet that by the end of the day, he'll have everything that was in the lost and found back to their owners. (He's wearing all the stuff)
The girls end up spending money from the change purse that becomes a chunk of the plot where they go thru different spots and spending money. Of course, after all the money is spent, the owner calls them. Their attempt now is to make some money to recover the money back for the owner. They didn't do well and tell owner and they help work for her to pay off the charges. Meanwhile, the Bobby and Carl plot line ends with a funny note, I won't spoil here.
There wasn't much to write in terms of words for this episode, I do like how it escalated for the girls and it had some funny moments. Maybelle was nice to let the girls work off their debt, and the Bobby and Carl plot line was fun. I give this episode 8/10
That's it for now with "The Casagrandes" until another batch comes up so, thanks for reading. I do say check out this series if you haven't , even if you weren't a fan of "The Loud House" give it check.
Tune in next time when we pay this lady back.
