Now to episode 17
In this episode there's a movie Ronnie Anne and Sid want to see. It also drives what Ronnie's Anne goal will be for most of the episode. The actress from this movie is also going to be there, because we need to drive some stakes.(mmm drive) Her name is Phoebe Powers. The key to the episode and the title gives it a way is that Rosa needs help shopping for dinner. Ronnie Anne agrees to after a slight convening.
Now, this isn't just some simple shopping, Rosa wants certain ingredients, done a certain way. Her limes have to be a certain green and bouncy. (What did we mean by that?) The driving force of the episode is Ronnie Anne wants to get done before the sneak peek of the movie starts. This episode can't just have it be Rosa and R.A going out and shopping. So Sergio comes into play because there's an emergency at home. So, Rosa has to go home, and she wants Ronnie Anne to do the rest of the shopping herself, still her way. So Ronnie Anne goes to a store gets everything and is done.
Ronnie Anne finds out information she didn't know before. A food critic is coming to judge her. This makes Ronnie Anne feel a little guilty for following her instructions. Thanks to the movie trailers she decides to go and get the ingredients a different way. Usually, this would be the part of the episode, because I can't say the show doesn't do things in predictable ways, sometimes, where Ronnie Anne admits to Rosa ,but she can't this time because she's no answering her phone.
R.A decides to go on and get the ingredients the fun way. This part of the episode is pretty fun, because of how it flows and the fun creativeness of the episode. Rosa eventually is able to call back, and Ronnie Annie does admit what happened. There's one thing that has to be done. Rosa defeats time and makes it there. This becomes an action film. Finally, the critic, gets to taste the food and he likes it.
The food critic is not actually is a food critic but the movie star, Phoebe Powers in disguise. Who dabbles as a secret food critic because of course.
This episode's ending really got me. I liked how it showed the actress' movies as her having this role of being in disguise it played well to have her being the food critic. I like they held the reason for Rosa's dinner being such away until near the middle of the episode. This was probably one of the best episodes of this series so far. It's like a football game where the first half seemed slow and standard but then drives up and goes all out in the second half. I think it was a fine episode. I'm giving it 8.5/10. (I may make it higher, but for now)

Episode 17b: New Rommie
In speaking of surprises. So, this episode focuses on one of the background characters named Vito. Apparently, his apartment flooded and he needs somewhere to stay, also his dogs, Big Tony and Little Sal need one too. So of course, he's going to be staying with the Casagrandes. This starts well, but Vito's process of being himself starts to annoy them. Vito doesn't know that some of his stuff annoys them, which makes this episode work well. He's not doing anything. Like his weird sleep singing.
Ronnie Anne thinks up an idea to find other places for Vito to stay, so they send him to the other Casagrande apartment. He kind of annoys them as well. So he ends up back with Ronnie Anne, Bobby, and the others. He ends up with Sid's family and show remembered that Sid makes robots. Sid named it Robbie. He and Vito get along. The Changs kick out Vito and his dogs after they want to get some sleep. There's a montage of Vito getting kicked out and ending up back at the Casagrandes' apartment. Even Rosa has become annoyed.
They decide to go and fix his leak, and is apartment is fine. They see a frame with a woman in it and they end up wanting to help him by finding the woman. They go around looking for the woman in a montage. (best way to find a woman) Carl's plan is to dress the dog, Lalo, as a woman because what? This plan doesn't work (because it was set up to fail) because Vito doesn't know the woman because that's the stock photos you get when you buy a frame. The family admits that they were going to fix his pipes because they were annoyed by him.
Vito is lonely because his son went away to college and he just wanted to be around some people. They feel bad (and they should) Ronnie Anne gets a new idea to get everyone over to Vito to spend some time with him, and Sid gave him Robbie the Robot. (Told you) Thus the episode ends well.
I'm surprised, this was a really good episode. nice to see more with the Vito character, he's always seemed to be an interesting character. It was good to show Vito not being annoying on purpose, and it makes sense he was really interested in what everyone was doing, and wanted to hang out with the robot because of that loneliness. The episode had some funny moments and really flowed well, another good scaled episode for this series. I give it 8/10.
That's it for now, tune in next time, when the robots do turn is Vito on their side now?
